Return Requirements

• Defective or damaged products are handled on a case-by-case basis. See Exchanges section below for more information.

• All returns must be made within 30 days of your original purchase.

• Products must have been purchased from happytugtackle.com

• Returns will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of item

  Exchanges

  An item will only be replaced if defective or damaged. 

  If an item is purchased from another retailer and is defective or damaged, please reach out to us with proof of damage and (pending approval) we will replace it at no cost. To exchange it for the same item, shoot us an email at customer@happytugtackle.com
