Yes! Consider your shipping costs “on us” with orders of $100 or more!

What shipping methods are available?

All orders are shipped from New Glarus, WI. We use USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express

How Will I receive my invoice?

All invoices will be emailed and printed and shipped with the package. The invoice email we use is determined by you at the time we establish your account you created.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account. You have the option to create an account to keep records of your orders and save your customer info.

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order at customer@happytugtackle.com

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent to the person that places the order via email. Tracking information is also emailed along with the invoice.

Do I get store credit or a full refund?

You will get full credit back on the credit card you used to place the order.
